Kings Hall Health & Wellbeing Park, Belfast

Loan to facilitate the regeneration of the former King’s Hall into a health and wellbeing park.

The King’s Hall development will comprise of a healthcare park with plots identified for different uses from offices targeted as medical research occupiers, GP surgeries, retirement living and care home with potential for residential, hotel, retail and car park uses. NIIF has made a loan to fund the first offices on the site as we as infrastructure enabling works for the other sites on the scheme, kick-starting the development of the strategically important site.

The scheme is being developed by Octopus / Benmore Healthcare. The NIIF loan provides the anchor funding to accelerate this development, complete the offices and make the wider site ready for further development.
